TONVA Agro-Chemical Packaging Department was established in October 2024, with core responsibilities focusing on four key areas: customer relationship maintenance, post-sales follow-up, technological breakthroughs, and market expansion. As of July 2025, the department has successfully conducted follow-up visits to 116 factories, covering nearly 225 co-extrusion blow molding machines.
Statistics indicate that 50% of blow molding machine failures originate from improper operation, including incorrect screw temperature settings or excessive clamping pressure. During follow-up visits, our team conducts systematic training for technicians, equipping them with essential skills like parameter adjustments and routine inspections (oil level monitoring, air pressure checks). The training also covers PLC alarm code interpretation, analysis of abnormal profiles, and preventive maintenance (such as addressing unexpected downtime caused by critical components like die heads, screws, or heating systems), empowering operators with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
To meet the corrosion resistance requirements of new-generation biopesticides, upgrading multi-layer co-extrusion dies or implementing internal coating processes is recommended to maintain pesticide bottles competitiveness. The extrusion system, being a critical component of multi-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine, features a co-rotating multi-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine with imported control systems that regulate wall thickness distribution uniformly. Special treatments are applied to the die head’s internal flow channels, while the mandrel is made from 40Cr material and undergoes tempering, precision turning, polishing, and hard chrome plating processes to ensure product quality. This achieves barrier performance standards for containers. By calibrating parameters such as extrusion thickness and temperature control, the uniformity and sealing integrity of multi-layer structures (barrier layer and adhesive layer) are ensured, effectively reducing defect rates.
The updated “General Rules for Pesticide Packaging” mandates stricter bottle closure integrity standards, with integrated production line solutions featuring online inspection equipment emerging as an industry standard. Tongfa offers a one-stop blow molding solution that combines robotic arm handling for efficient separation and transfer of waste materials. The system integrates conveyor belts, leak detection machines, label applicators, and packaging machines to achieve fully automated production with intelligent processes, significantly reducing defect rates and preventing product recalls due to non-compliant packaging.
